In 2025, La Lorraine Bakery Group continued to bring its mission of “Baking a better world together” to life, turning sustainability into a driver of long‑term value creation.
We embedded sustainable product leadership into our strategy, raising our ambitions on climate, nutrition and naturality while continuing to deliver the quality and taste our consumers love. We made strong progress on our decarbonization journey, reducing Scope 1 & 2 emissions by 31% versus our 2022 baseline and strengthening our Scope 3 roadmap in line with our Science Based Targets. Together with our teams, customers and supply chain partners, we accelerated tangible action on sustainable wheat, energy, food waste, and responsible sourcing.
While we still have a long way to go to reach our sustainable growth ambitions, we are now more prepared to face the challenges of tomorrow, while continuing to invest in our people, our partners, and our communities today.
