La Lorraine Bakery Group is structured into 4 innovative Business Units, each focusing on its core activities and markets, overseen by our Executive Committee. Our headquarters are in Ninove (Belgium), next to our largest fresh bakery where our story began. We operate from 15 state-of-the art production sites in Belgium, Poland, Turkey, Romania, the Czech Republic, Hungary and the United Arab Emirates. From these sites, we deliver high quality bakery products to customers in more than 30 countries, serviced by our local commercial organisations.

Bakery Fresh
Belgium’s market leader for more than 50 years for freshly baked bread and pastries. Every day, more than 2,300 customers are supplied from 7 production sites in Belgium with a delicious range of fresh bread, viennoiserie and patisserie.
Bakery Frozen
One of the European market leaders for frozen bake-off products in retail and foodservice, with the ambition to further transform the bakery market worldwide: Turkey, the Middle East, Russia & other export markets in Asia & America & export markets in Asia & America.
Bakery Store Concepts
We also sell our products directly to the consumer. In the past 40 years, we’ve built up a strong franchise network of Panos and Deliway shops. They are the market reference for a fast breakfast, lunch or snack, with 450 points of sale in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
Milling
Paniflower is one of the largest flour producers in the Benelux. We are specialized in the milling of wheat for innovative and complex technological applications. Our clientele varies from small artisanal bakeries to large food producers.
