LLBG donates thousands of ‘cougnous’ to Belgian charity organizations during holiday season
What better way to celebrate Christmas than with our delicious products? At LLBG, we love to share our baking passion, especially during the holiday season.
LLBG wants to give back to the local communities in which it operates. With our ‘Good Bread for All’ initiative, we want to increase the access of good food to everyone, also the less privileged. We want to achieve this goal through structural food donations.
This Christmas, we donated thousands of ‘cougnous’ to charity organizations in Belgium. ‘Cougnous’ are traditional Christmas sugar breads in Belgium and a specialty of our fresh bakery in Morlanwelz.
Through donations to Resto du Cœur, Poverello Oostende, Voedselbanken Brussel-Brabant, Appel & Ei Antwerpen, BiJeVa and Daklozen Antwerpen, we hope to have made a small contribution to the Christmas celebrations of thousands of families.
That’s how we ended 2023, baking a better world together!
