LLBG UK made an impressive debut at the Food and Drink Expo 2024 in early May, seizing the chance to exhibit its innovative products and bakery expertise to a captivated audience. The Expo, part of the expansive UK Food & Drink Shows, brought together a diverse spectrum of over 1,200 exhibitors from various sectors including grocery, specialist retail, wholesale, foodservice, and hospitality. The larger UK Food & Drink Show is made up of five trade shows whereby visitors can access multiple events in one, including the: Farm Shop & Deli Show, Food & Drink Expo, The Restaurant Show, National Convenience Show and The Forecourt Show. This provides visitors with the unique opportunity to seek out innovation for their business and source new products.
Over the course of three days, the UK team engaged with prospective clients and expanded their network, spotlighting a range of bakery solutions. These offerings encompassed an assortment of breads, such as the renowned Schiacciata Romana flatbread, as well as viennoiserie like buttery croissants, delicate pastries, and tantalizing tartlets. Additionally, LLBG showcased sweet-on-the-go delights such as the playfully named Donut Worry Be Happy doughnuts and bites, catering to the modern consumer's desire for convenience without compromising on taste.
