Our history in the UK&I
LLBG UK&I was recently established in 2019 however, the trusted relationship between our customers and our Panesco brand dates back to 1996, when Synergy Foods Ltd. began its agreement with Panesco, answering a market need for ‘quality continental bakery products, at scale’. Over the next 23 years, Synergy Foods Ltd. successfully developed supply in UK&I foodservice through a network of independent wholesalers. In 2005, LLBG’s new brand acquisition of Panesco built the foundations for the LLBG UK&I business you see today, now operating three core brands, La Lorraine, Panesco and in recent times, Donut Worry Be Happy.
